Accent Specialty Services, a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a part-time (20 hours), third shift Floor Care Technician position with a manufacturing client in Waupaca, WI. Ideal candidates for this opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling and have reliable transportation. A Floor Care Technician is responsible for janitorial floow work to include floor stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing and carpet cleaning. in various areas including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen / breakroom areas, locker rooms, and public areas. Steel-toed shoes are required - all other appropriate PPE provided including company tee shirts, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and etc.This is a part-time (20 hours) third shift position that includes a $200 starting bonus upon completion of 90 days of employment. Advancement opportunities are available for the right, motivated individual. A background and drug screening must be passed for consideration.
Applicants should be familiar with floor products and equipment, and have 1 year of floor care experience or the desire and motivation to learn. Applicant must be reliable, have an eye for detail show a high degree of responsibility in working with minimal supervision. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. Must have a strong sense of work quality and be at least 18 years of age.
Willing to train the right individual on operation of equipment and cleaning protocols.
