K-tech Building Maintenance, a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a full-time Lead Cleaner position in the Wausau, WI and Northern Wisconsin areas - occassional trips to Minocqua and Eagle River areas. Ideal candidates for this career opportunity are energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, flexible in scheduling, lead by example and are able to work independantly. This posiiton assists managment in the daily supervision of general cleaner employees. General Cleaners are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various spaces which could include offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, locker rooms, and public areas.
This full-time Lead Cleaner opportunity is located in the Central and Northern Wisconsin areas - primarily Wausau, WI. Work hours are first / second shift varying between the hours of 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The starting pay rate is $11.00 to $13.00 per hour depending upon experience and includes a monthly car allowance and full benefits the first of the month following thirty days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverages, life and STD coverages. Paid time off and 401K plan participation eligibility after one year tenure.
