Accent Specialty Services, a Vonachen family company, is looking to hire an Area Operations Manager to oversee a seven day a week healthcare facility in Stevens Point, WI. Preferred candidates for this career opportunity possess three to five years prior retail, restaurant, medical or hospitality management experience. We seek a highly energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, responsible individual with strengths in customer service, employee relations, budgeting, account and time management. Flexibility in scheduling and work hours is required as customer relations will be primarily day shift whilst supervising and managing second shift employees. This position will be responsible for various duties including hiring, job and safety training, and quality assurance. Responsibilities will also include scheduling staff, approving employee time records and managing a budget including labor and supplies. This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required. Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability during first shift for customer relations, though the majority of the duties will occur on second shift.
A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and successful background and drug screening are requirements of this position. ideal candidates have previous experience managing, coaching and motivating a team of ten plus direct reporting employees. Account management and superior customer service skills are paramount.
