Description/Job Summary

This is a Skilled Laborer position that will include travel and working a rotating schedule.  Home location is in East Moline but there will be multiple sites on both the Iowa and Illinois side.  


VSI is looking for skilled laborers whose job duties include operating a JLG lift to dust high fixtures, operate fork lifts, work on aerial lifts and use other powered equipment.  Experience with lifts and lock out tag out is preferred, but not required.

Required Skills

Candidates should be comfortable working at heights at up to 60 feet and be able to bend, lift, twist, turn, work in confined spaces, walk frequently, and climb up and down the stairs. Successful candidates will have an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties to include lift truck operations, Scissor and Aerial lift operations, operating paint equipment and line painting and industrial cleaning tasks.  

Successful candidates will be able to pass a drug screening and background check. Must have reliable transportation as there will be travel throughout the Quad City area doing carious projects. 


Full time, 2nd shift mostly but may work multiple shifts to include weekend work, $18/hour plus Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) and STD.
