K-tech Building Maintenance is looking to fill an Area Operations Manager opening in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities will also include interviewing, hiring and  as well as training and scheduling staff, approving employee time records and managing a budget including labor and supplies.  This position will be the front line customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.  Flexibility in working hours is important as this position will require availability during first shift for customer relations, though the majority of the duties will occur on second shift.

Required Skills

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a requirement for this position, and a mileage reimbursement is part of the compensation package.  Interested candidates should have a high school diploma, some college or equivalent work experience is preferred.  Experience motivating and coaching employees is required. Account Management/Customer Services skills are paramount. Experience providing cleaning services in industrial and health care settings is a plus.  Interested candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 depending on experience as well as a $500/month car allowance
